Welcome to Televinter Services! We specialize in digital services and custom sublimation products designed to bring your ideas to life. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or services—including online orders, payments, design submissions, or technical support. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our platform, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.
You have the legal capacity to enter this agreement.
You agree to follow these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

A. Custom Sublimation Products

We create high-quality personalized sublimation products, such as:

Apparel: T-shirts, hoodies, hats
Accessories: Mugs, phone cases, tote bags
Promotional materials: Banners, signs, displays

Important: All designs must be supplied by you. We do not use, store, or share your designs without your permission.

B. IT & Digital Services

We also provide professional digital services, including:

Web and mobile interface development
Payment system integration (PayPal, MoneyGram, Western Union)
Secure data handling and authentication systems
Technical support for users

All services are delivered digitally unless another agreement specifies otherwise.

3. Customer Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Use our services legally
Avoid interfering with our systems or security
Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or suspicious activity

Failure to comply may result in service suspension or legal consequences.

4. Payments & Fees

All prices are in USD.
Full payment is required before production or service delivery.
Orders unpaid within 24 hours may be canceled.
Refunds follow our Refund Policy (see Sections 5 & 6).
Third-party payment processors are secure; you agree to their terms and fees.

5. Custom Sublimation Terms

Before placing an order:

Upload original, high-resolution files (PNG, JPG, PDF).
We do not accept copyrighted, trademarked, obscene, or offensive designs.
Final prints may vary slightly due to material and color interpretation.
Once production begins, custom products are non-refundable unless defective.

Production timeline: 2–5 business days after approval
Shipping: Varies by destination (not included in production time)

6. Refunds & Defects

Refunds may be issued if:

A product is defective due to our error
A service was not delivered as described

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product or service. We will review and either repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on televinter.com (text, graphics, software, trademarks) is owned or licensed by Televinter Services.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
Your designs remain yours. By submitting a design, you grant us a limited license to produce your order—nothing more.

8. Limitation of Liability

Televinter Services is not responsible for:

Delays due to events beyond our control
Errors caused by customer-provided files
Loss or damage during shipping not caused by our negligence
Indirect or consequential losses

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service.

9. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

Violating these Terms
Fraud, misuse, or illegal activity
Any reason at our discretion, with or without notice

Unused balances may be forfeited if your account is terminated.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, USA.
Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the courts of Fresno County, California.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

The latest version will always be posted online
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms
