Refund and Return Policy


Our refund and return policy lasts for 7 days, provided that no requested action or service has been performed. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be a “tangible” or “physical” product, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Goods Exempt from Return

Certain types of goods are exempt from return, including:

  • Perishable products, such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Certain health and personal care items.

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Important note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Situations for Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a gift card for the value of the purchased product will be issued for future purchases on Televinter.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your spam folder. If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@televinter.com.

Sale Items Policy

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at sales@televinter.com to obtain the shipping address for the physical product.

Gift Policies

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, contact sales@televinter.com to obtain the shipping address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable. If approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
