The company TELEVINTER SERVICES, exercising its rights, hereinafter referred to as TELEVINTER, owns and operates these websites (televinter.com, televinter.work, televinterapps.com, televinterchannel.com, and televinterapp.com) along with its mobile applications (TELEVINTER SERVICES, TELEVINTER CHANNELS, and TELEVINTER RADIOS), which serve as a commercial platform where all affiliates (“Independent Distributors, External Partners, Sellers, Users, and Customers utilize it with complete freedom to offer, sell, and purchase the services offered…those categories that do not imply an employment relationship between TELEVINTER and these individuals”) of TELEVINTER and customers can review, to varying extents, manage their information, purchase history, etc.

This document contains the conditions and policies applicable to the use of one or more platforms, servers, and mobile applications as well as products and services offered on TELEVINTER.com, TELEVINTER.work, TELEVINTESERVER.com, and TELEVINTERAPP.com and our mobile applications owned by TELEVINTER SERVICES, hereinafter referred to as “TELEVINTER”.
Any natural or legal person wishing to purchase products and/or services from TELEVINTER may do so upon registration or registration as a customer of the system(s). Additionally, they must accept the Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Claims and Returns Policy, which are binding between the parties.
Capacity to Contract
The use of the website(s) and the products and/or services offered by TELEVINTER are available to natural or legal persons who have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, i.e., those who are capable of exercising rights and acquiring obligations themselves without the need for authorization from another. Therefore, the mentally incapacitated and persons under 18 years of age, among others without legal capacity to contract, are unable to contract. Products and Services
All our products and services are characterized by their prices and personalized technical support, as our prices are the lowest in the Latin American market, yet with the same quality and warranty as any other high-cost option. Below, we index and detail what is properly included and excluded from our services.
Websites
The creation and/or programming of a Website are based on our clients’ requests. It includes exactly what is offered in our product and service store. If the client desires something outside of what is established at the time of creation or after the total delivery and publication date, there will be an additional charge according to the requirements, and they must accept, pay, and adhere to the payment method and charges imposed on such shipments or online payments, whether it’s a one-time or monthly payment. For more information, please refer to the claims and returns policy section. If the Website experiences any visual or initialization problems, TELEVINTER will make the necessary corrections. If the error was due to TELEVINTER systems, there will be no additional cost, and the downtime will be restored. However, if the problem was due to human error, voluntary or involuntary, and the repair time will be designated by TELEVINTER based on the order of other service requests and the type of fault found. The normal creation and/or programming time frame is no less than 8 days and no more than 21, all weekdays from Monday to Friday. The training time is 1 hour exclusive to provide details and usage methods of the system at no additional cost. If the client requires more time than established, there will be an additional charge based on the required time and the value published on the websites. It is understood that the price established by TELEVINTER, which every client pays when purchasing one or more Websites, includes domain registration (domain.com), web server setup with databases, assembly, adaptation, and programming of the website theme or model. If the client wishes to move their entire website to another hosting company, they can do so after completing any pending payments. TELEVINTER will make the necessary configuration for the client to carry out the transfer. It is clear that TELEVINTER does not sell domains, so the client must acquire their own domain name (www.name.com) and have their own account on a platform that provides domain registration or purchase services. In this way, TELEVINTER only needs access to that account to redirect to the hosting servers, and the client has full control of their domain, avoiding time loss and data transfer when they no longer wish to continue with TELEVINTER’s services. Every client should be careful and make backups of all their files hosted or published on their Website. TELEVINTER, as a courtesy, backs up every month all files of each Website. So if the client has any problem with the Website, they simply request it, and we will restore their Website to the last backup we have archived. TELEVINTER is not responsible for deleted or lost files if the client makes fatal errors on their Website. If such a case occurs, TELEVINTER can reinstall their files with backups from 30 days prior to the fatal error date, at no cost, provided it’s the first time. However, if the problem reoccurs after having solved or recovered all their previous files, the client must pay an additional fee equivalent to the current value published on our websites for Website error incidents. If the error is on TELEVINTER’s part, recoveries will be made as many times as necessary at no cost, and the downtime will be compensated. It is understood that TELEVINTER is not the owner of the registered domain hosted on TELEVINTER servers, and the client is free to take their domain wherever they wish, provided they request the transfer in advance and have completed their pending payments. If such transfer requires TELEVINTER’s technical intervention, then the client must pay an additional fee for the time used according to the current price published on our websites. After TELEVINTER’s technical staff has provided the EPP transfer code of the domain requested by the website owner, the client has only 72 hours to make a backup of their entire website and request total closure or cancellation of their account with TELEVINTER. Therefore, if the client does not proceed as explained, then TELEVINTER must do it after the set time, as for security reasons of our systems and safeguarding the website’s content, information, and client identity must be immediately deleted. It is clear that all information existing on the server cannot be recovered once the set time has elapsed. If the client decides on their own will to withdraw or take their web platform along with the domain to another server outside of TELEVINTER, we do not provide any follow-up or updates of any systems such as web theme updates, plugins, and registration licenses as they are already activated for the same systems. If at any time their web platform requires re-updating both licenses for themes or plugins, the client must request and pay for a new license to the authors of such web themes and plugins as required by their web system. TELEVINTER will grant access and permissions to every client as Editor to their Websites. Only clients who have been active for a year and have their payments up to date will be given access and permission as administrators. Since 2006, TELEVINTER has provided the free service of updates for installed plugins and themes on websites at no cost, to keep such platform in perfect functioning condition. However, due to GDPR security and privacy law requirements, this can no longer be done for free. But if the client cannot or does not have time to perform these updates and requires TELEVINTER to do so, they must request and authorize it in writing by creating a ticket or service order in their account and pay an additional fee equivalent to the current value published on our websites for system maintenance. TELEVINTER reserves the right at all times to delete the product(s) and/or service(s) as well as the client’s account in its entirety without partial or total refund of what has been paid, if the client does not respect, comply with, or abuse what is described in these terms and conditions.
Software
TELEVINTER provides as a demonstration all the essential programs for the correct transmission of both local and online radio and television in the TelePack and RadioPack packages. In such cases, the client is responsible for purchasing and keeping active the necessary licenses from the original developers of each program or software. Often, TELEVINTER provides software from other developers, becoming a reseller. Therefore, it guarantees and provides technical support only for installation and programming issues. Any internal failure specific to the software requires the client to seek technical assistance from the developers of said software. If the client requested custom software or to their liking and TELEVINTER developed it, then TELEVINTER is responsible for providing all kinds of support for any failure, as long as the damage is not due to human error, voluntary or involuntary. If the problem was due to voluntary or involuntary human error, there will be an additional charge according to the found fault and the time TELEVINTER will designate upon knowing the causes and solutions. TELEVINTER reserves the right at all times to delete the product(s) and/or service(s) as well as the client’s account in its entirety without partial or total refund of what has been paid, if the client does not respect, comply with, or abuse what is described in these terms and conditions.
Streaming
The streaming service provided by TELEVINTER is based on the requests of its clients. It includes exactly what is offered in detail in our product and service store. If the client desires something outside of what is established at the time of creation or after the total delivery and publication date, there will be an additional charge according to the requirements, and they must accept, pay, and adhere to the payment method and charges imposed on such shipments or online payments, whether it’s a one-time or monthly payment. For more information, please refer to the claims and returns policy section. It is clear that every streaming service has a bandwidth limit, and if the total allowed bandwidth is consumed at any time, the channel or radio will be off the air for the remaining days of the current month of service. If bandwidth is a limiting factor for broadcasting, the client must upgrade to a higher monthly plan to increase the necessary bandwidth and avoid future transmission problems. Some of the plans offered by TELEVINTER include integrated Google advertising. If the client does not wish to see advertising in their broadcasts, they must select a plan without ads or pay an additional fee to remove them completely for the required time. TELEVINTER is not responsible for the working methods and broadcast programs used, whether for radio or online TV, nor for the electricity and internet signal provided. TELEVINTER will only ensure that the streaming service is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for the paid time and the quality of streaming transmission acquired by the client. TELEVINTER cannot provide technical support to solve any transmission errors because each client is responsible for their own radio or TV station, except if the client pays an additional fee for the required or used time to solve such a problem. TELEVINTER will verify that the problem is not within its systems and will determine if it is a direct problem of TELEVINTER or a problem from the client’s transmission source. Every client has access to their control panel where they can monitor bandwidth consumption and statistics of their followers’ tuning and other added functions. The monthly plan acquired by the client includes a bandwidth limit that is consumable monthly, meaning that any remaining bandwidth balance at the end of the paid monthly period is not cumulative. If a client reaches their monthly bandwidth limit, their channel will be suspended for the remaining time until the end of the paid month. If the monthly bandwidth plan acquired by the client is not sufficient to cover the monthly visitor quota of their channel, then they must upgrade or enhance their plan to one with more bandwidth. If a client’s streaming service remains unused for more than 15 days, the server will automatically be suspended, and to reactivate the service, there will be an additional charge equivalent to the current value published on our websites. TELEVINTER reserves the right at all times to delete the product(s) and/or service(s) as well as the client’s account in its entirety without partial or total refund of what has been paid, if the client does not respect, comply with, or abuse what is described in these terms and conditions.
WebHosting
Every web hosting server provided by TELEVINTER is based on the requests of our clients. It includes exactly what is offered in our product and service store. If the client desires something outside of what is established at the time of creation or after the delivery and publication date, there will be an additional charge according to the requirements, and they must accept, pay, and adhere to the payment method and charges imposed on such shipments or online payments, whether it’s a one-time or monthly payment. For more information, please refer to the claims and returns policy section. Every client must provide TELEVINTER with their own domain name to be used, including IP data, DNS, and redirection from their domain provider’s panel to TELEVINTER’s hosting server, unless TELEVINTER has the domain name registered in its systems, in which case the necessary configurations will be made for its proper operation. It is understood that TELEVINTER is not the owner of the domain registered and hosted on its servers, and the client is free to take their domain wherever they wish, provided they request the transfer in advance and have no outstanding payments on their account. If such transfer requires TELEVINTER’s technical intervention, then the client must pay an additional fee for the time used. After TELEVINTER’s technical staff has provided the EPP transfer code of the domain requested by the website owner, the client has only 72 hours to make a backup of their entire website and request total closure or cancellation of their account with TELEVINTER. Therefore, if the client does not proceed as explained, then TELEVINTER must do it after the set time, as for security reasons of our systems and safeguarding the website’s content, information, and client identity must be immediately deleted. It is clear that all information existing on the server cannot be recovered once the set time has elapsed. If the client decides on their own will to withdraw or take their web platform along with the domain to another server outside of TELEVINTER, we do not provide any follow-up or updates of any systems such as web theme updates, plugins, and registration licenses as they are already activated for the same systems. If at any time their web platform requires re-updating both licenses for themes or plugins, the client must request and pay for a new license to the authors of such web themes and plugins as required by their web system. If a client has selected an annual plan and does not pay the renewal 3 days before the end of their annual plan, TELEVINTER will automatically delete all files, domain, and databases from the server on the renewal day at 24:00 hours. If the web server experiences any problem that prevents its normal use, TELEVINTER will make the necessary corrections immediately. If the error was due to TELEVINTER systems, there will be no additional cost, and the downtime will be restored. However, if the problem was due to human error, voluntary or involuntary, and the repair time will be designated by TELEVINTER based on the order of other service requests and the type of fault found. The normal creation and/or programming time frame by TELEVINTER is no less than 1 day and no more than 3, depending on the requirements requested by the client, all weekdays from Monday to Friday. It is clear that TELEVINTER does not sell domains, so the client must acquire their own domain name (www.name.com) and have their own account on a platform that provides domain registration or purchase services. In this way, they only need to redirect to TELEVINTER’s hosting servers, and the client has full control of their domain, avoiding time loss and data transfer when they no longer wish to continue with TELEVINTER’s services. TELEVINTER reserves the right at all times to delete the product(s) and/or service(s) as well as the client’s account in its entirety without partial or total refund of what has been paid, if the client does not respect, comply with, or abuse what is described in these terms and conditions.
Resellers of Mobile Applications
There is no contract, but the following requirements must be attended to and respected. To create apps, there must be an approximate time interval of 25 minutes between each generation of apps to avoid overloading the server. The system is 100% usable and without restrictions on its internal configurations exclusively for our clients, but due to lack of time, we could not provide training, as our system is simple for both app configuration and programming on the client side. TELEVINTER is responsible for updating the server-side system and informing all its clients of any changes or updates on the server, to determine if it is necessary to regenerate all active apps. Care must be taken not to add inappropriate information or very large or repeated images to avoid overloading the server with unusable and obsolete material. The dimensions described for images, logos, and photos in the system must be respected so as not to attempt to add many images at once because the system has an automatic cutting and measuring system that duplicates such images. TELEVINTER refrains from intervening in any programming, generation, and publication of applications for both iOS and Android, whether in TELEVINTER accounts or their own accounts on such platforms. Therefore, our clients will be solely responsible for doing whatever they see fit. It is clear that our clients will be the only ones able to create or delete any app; if they delete any app, unfortunately, the process is irreversible. It is clear that TELEVINTER only grants access to create mobile applications and does not provide any other service at any time, but if at any time additional services are required, we will gladly provide them independently of the service granted. Payments must be made automatically or manually month by month before the date stipulated by TELEVINTER, through the client’s account, and it is completely clear that TELEVINTER does not have any refund policy, either partial or total, once the product or service has been acquired. The system performs self-cleaning every 24 hours; therefore, any created application, whether it is a creation folder and/or APK still on the server, will be deleted for security and to maintain the best performance both on the server and in the apps. TELEVINTER reserves the right at all times to delete the product(s) and/or service(s) as well as the client’s account in its entirety without partial or total refund of what has been paid, if the client does not respect, comply with, or abuse what is described in these terms and conditions.
Virtual Gift Cards
Our gift cards are for reloading with monetary balances, and their use is solely and exclusively for purchasing products and services at TELEVINTER. There is no monetary refund of total or partial balances upon acquiring any of our cards, nor is there a contract or expiration date for them, therefore, the client is the only one who decides the time and monetary amount they wish to use and/or add to said card. All clients can verify their balances through the publicly available links on TELEVINTER. The use of gift cards is only redeemable at the time of payment or hiring of any product or service in the payment section of TELEVINTER’s platforms. If at the time of paying for any product or service your gift card no longer has the total balance to pay, the client will be required to add a second or third payment option to complete the order.
Personal Account or Control Panel
Every active client of TELEVINTER has access to a unique personal account where they have many options to keep track of their products and/or services and billing. Every client is responsible for giving their account the proper, necessary, and careful use, understanding that TELEVINTER does not have internal access to such accounts. The registration data provided by TELEVINTER are only temporary, and the client is responsible for updating or changing such data immediately when TELEVINTER notifies them. TELEVINTER’s systems have the option of password recovery or reminder via phone (OTP), in case the client forgets it. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the price of the order. Regarding purchases, dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to delays derived from pending service orders or force majeure, for which we will not be responsible to proceed at the time the client desires. When the client places an order, they undertake that all the data they provide us are true and accurate, that they are an authorized user of the account or the bank card used to place the order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of the associated products and services will be publicly available on our websites and mobile applications. All advertised prices are subject to change without prior notice. TELEVINTER will grant access and permissions to every client as Editor for their Websites, only to clients who have completed one year of being active and have their payments up to date will be granted access and permission as administrators. TELEVINTER reserves the right at all times to delete the product(s) and/or service(s) as well as the client’s account in its entirety without partial or total refund of what has been paid, if the client does not respect, comply with, or abuse what is described in these terms and conditions.
Termination
TELEVINTER will terminate or end the account of any client who does not comply with the clauses marked in this document. Every client must not have outstanding debts with TELEVINTER exceeding 60 days; if it exceeds that time, TELEVINTER will determine whether to terminate the account, understanding that everything contained in that account such as active or inactive products or services will be deleted in its entirety without partial or total recovery and without the right to future claims.
Prohibitions
You must not abuse your personal account, one or all
websites, platforms, and mobile applications. You, as a client or user, agree NOT to: commit or encourage a criminal offense; transmit or distribute a virus, Trojan, worm, logic bomb, or any other material that is malicious, technologically harmful, breach of trust, or in any way offensive or obscene; hack any aspect of the product or service; corrupt or fictional data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe the property rights of any other person; send unsolicited advertising or promotional material exclusively known as spam; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of the computer facilities accessed through one or all websites, platforms, and mobile applications. Violating this provision would constitute a criminal offense, and TELEVINTER will report any violation to the police and judicial authorities and disclose your identity. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, virus, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of one or all websites, platforms, and mobile applications or for downloading any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it. The documents, materials, and help tutorials are 100% public domain without cost, and only the use of such documents, materials, and tutorials for support and help is permitted. TELEVINTER reserves the right at all times to delete the product(s) and/or service(s) as well as the client’s account in its entirety without partial or total refund of what has been paid, if the client does not respect, comply with, or abuse what is described in these terms and conditions.
Prices, Promotions, Discounts, and Payment Methods
Every product and service provided by TELEVINTER has its price, promotions, or discounts are administratively established according to the times of monthly or annual sales are close to taking effect and have the duration that TELEVINTER designates in said product. The payment methods available to TELEVINTER in the Payments section are for every client to select the method that suits them best and is easy to make their payments. Every payment made by the client must be exact, considering that the cost of shipping is additional to the total to be paid and that the client must absorb it. It is understood that if the method selected by the client has problems with the issuance and/or reception of payment, the client must have direct communication with said company to solve any error, excluding TELEVINTER completely, as it does not provide support for such monetary movement. If the client desires something outside of what is established in the products or services, there will be an additional charge to said price according to what is required, and the payment method and charges imposed on such shipments or online payments must be accepted, paid, and respected whether it’s a one-time payment, monthly, or annually. TELEVINTER may change its prices at any time without prior notice, and it is the responsibility of every client to periodically review the policies and conditions on all available TELEVINTER platforms.
Surcharges, Renewals, and Reconnections
All products and services from TELEVINTER have a defined period for their usage, whether they are one-time, monthly, or annual services. In monthly plans, TELEVINTER grants all clients a 3-day grace period from the last payment date to ensure timely payments. Therefore, clients are committed to making their payment 3 days before the marked date, or they may utilize the grace period if they encounter any issues. In annual plans, all clients are committed to making their payment 3 days before the defined date. It is understood that if the client does not pay their service plan on time, TELEVINTER will automatically suspend their service, and the client will be required to pay a surcharge equivalent to $0.50 USD per day for the first 15 days and $1.00 USD per day after the initial 15 days, which will be added to their last invoice when the client decides to pay in full. If the client fails to make the payment on the corresponding date, all active products or services will be suspended entirely for the time specified in each description of the aforementioned products and services, and after 60 days, their account will be deactivated, and TELEVINTER will determine if it should be deleted entirely. To avoid additional charges such as reconnection delays and/or service cuts, please keep your payments up to date within the specified time.
Guarantee and Technical Support
All products and services from TELEVINTER are 100% guaranteed at all times. Any client experiencing an issue with one or more products and/or services can expect TELEVINTER to make the necessary corrections. If the error was due to TELEVINTER’s systems or servers, it will be corrected immediately at no additional cost, and the downtime will be compensated. However, if the error was due to voluntary or involuntary human error, TELEVINTER will determine the repair time based on the queue of other service orders and the type of fault found. Our technical support is provided on days and times established by TELEVINTER, considering that business days are from Monday to Friday, and these days and times are published on all our online platforms as well as on our social media channels. Any client experiencing an issue with a product or service provided by TELEVINTER should go to their personal account and create a ticket or service order so that an agent can assign a date and time to a technician from the corresponding department to follow up and resolve the issue, maintaining direct communication with the client through the same channel through which assistance was requested.
Intellectual Property, Software, and Content
The intellectual property rights in all software and content provided by TELEVINTER, including images, photographs, and codes, among others, made available to clients and users through all platforms, are the property of TELEVINTER or its licensors and are protected by copyright laws and treaties worldwide. All rights are reserved by TELEVINTER and its licensors. Any user or client adding content or any radio or television station grants full rights and control of that station to be published on one or all TELEVINTER platforms. You may save, print, and view the supplied content solely for your personal use. You are not authorized to publish, manipulate, distribute, or reproduce, in any format, any content or copies of the content supplied to you or appearing on this website, nor may you use any content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise.

SHIPPING OR DELIVERY POLICY
The delivery methods for products and services purchased on our website are:
1. Through a download link.
2. Through personal delivery at the location (Mexico – Guatemala – El Salvador – Honduras – Nicaragua).
3. Through direct remote online delivery.
Delivery A works as follows: A download link will be sent to your email or another medium provided at the time of registration. In case the product is too large or heavy, it will be delivered through Delivery B. The approximate time for this type of delivery (A) is 24 hours on average from the purchase. The cost of this type of delivery is 100% free. Applies to all countries.
Delivery B works only if the purchased product is too large or heavy to be tolerated or accepted by standard email platforms or hosting clouds. The approximate time for this type of delivery is based on the distance from the delivery point, from the purchase. The cost of this type of delivery is based on the delivery distance including lodging, meals, per diems, transportation, and/or fuel. Applies only between the aforementioned Central American countries.
Delivery C works as follows: The customer must have high-speed internet and have the TeamViewer program installed on their computer and provide secure connection data to enter. The approximate time for this type of delivery is a maximum of 24 hours from the purchase. The cost of this type of delivery is 100% free. Applies to all countries.
CLAIMS AND RETURNS POLICIES
In case of a claim, every customer must create a ticket or service order in their personal account and submit it for immediate follow-up within the established hours.
The maximum period for the customer to file a claim is within 24 hours after the purchase and/or delivery of the purchased product or service.
The conditions under which TELEVINTER will accept a claim are as follows:
1. If the product and/or service has verifiable faults in both installation and operation directly from TELEVINTER’s systems.
2. If the service was not completed satisfactorily to 100%.
3. If the service was canceled due to force majeure.
TELEVINTER will resolve the presented claim within the following 3 days after the claim is filed.
If a return of a product and/or service is warranted, the customer must provide in writing the details of their dissatisfaction, and the product and/or service will be exchanged or redone at no additional cost provided that the claim is resolved in favor of the customer. The return of any product and/or service is only for another TELEVINTER product and/or service of similar or lower price than the one selected. If the customer wants one of higher price, they must add the remaining amount to the new value of the selected product.
If TELEVINTER determines that it is necessary to refund the total amount paid by the customer for not fully meeting the requirements within 24 hours of purchase and payment, it will proceed to refund within a maximum period of 21 days from the date of resolution of the return, making it clear that TELEVINTER will only be sending the remaining total excluding the charge made by the shipping method selected by the customer.
