Are my payments safe every 15 days?
Yes, but it all depends on your effort, since if you or your referrals have not registered new partners before the payment date, you will not be able to charge anything, because your referrals and the referrals of your referrals are those that provide you with biweekly payments .
Is this platform only for Central America?
This project is currently in operation in Nicaragua, but we are planning to open it in more countries in North, Central and South America.
What dates are marked for biweekly payments?
The designated payment dates are the 15th and 30th of each month. If at any time these dates fall on the weekend, either Saturday or Sunday, then the payment is advanced to Friday. If these dates fall during the week, such payments will normally be made on that date.
If I can't get paid on a certain payment date, will what I have earned accumulate?
If you are with your monthly plan active, updated and with your 2 members directly enrolled, and due to a problem that you cannot collect on a certain date, your balance will accumulate when you can collect it.
If I had an outstanding balance to collect from my virtual office, how long would it have accumulated for me?
If you have an outstanding balance, it will never expire even if your account is canceled, but to withdraw said balance, surcharges and/or discounts will be made to said accumulated balance depending on the policies and conditions established by Televinter Services, it is also essential that your data personal are updated to keep you informed of new affiliates and information that you should know.
If I no longer want to continue with the Televinter Services affiliate project, what should I do?
If you are a member who has just registered and is within 30 days of registering, you can submit a letter explaining the reason for your withdrawal and it is at the discretion of the Televinter Services administration if it is possible to return the payment made from the selected plan.
If you are already a registered member with more than 30 days of being registered and you are up to date with your payments and monthly purchases, simply send us a letter requesting your withdrawal and explaining the reason for your withdrawal, and if you have any balance in your favor. The accumulated balance in your Virtual Office will be paid in full, except if you have months pending payment or purchase, a surcharge and/or discount will be made on the pending balance.
